Crisis Communication and Social Media

These videos have CRISIS stamped all over them! I’m curious to know if you were the publicist, or PR specialist in charge of handling these incidents, how would you right these wrongs?

I would not let my client even get near a video camera if they had the reputation to be so digustingly outspoken such as Kanye West, Watching him rant on about George Bush being racist just makes me cringe. If I were their agent, I’d make them issue an apology video. But, I feel they have gotten so deep that there is really nothing they can do to take it back, dont you think?
